I am a qualified, insured and experienced psychologist of Chartered status by the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. I have over 15 years of experience working in psychology settings within the Civil Service, NHS and private sector.
As well as providing private online and face to face therapy, I have worked as a Principal Psychologist for the NHS in Adult Mental Health Services and within the Cabinet Office COVID-19 Taskforce, and advised on staff well being structures.

I have a range of experience working with clients with depression, difficulties with anger, trauma, anxiety and personality disorder. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, CFT and EMDR approaches. However, my overall approach is attachment and trauma focused. I am incredibly passionate about my work and helping others and my main focus is to support you with working on whatever you are finding difficult in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space that is tailored specifically to you.
